It was a wonderful experience as a customer and there was a wide range of products in affordable price and added point about customer relationship it was outstanding.overall superb.
I recently visited the store and purchased a pair of cricket pads. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The customer service was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and their communication and after-sales support through WhatsApp were outstanding. The only concern I had was that the pair of pads I purchased appeared slightly dirty even before the purchase, likely from customers trying them on. Since customers are paying for a brand-new product, it would be appreciated if items were cleaned or inspected before being handed over. I did bring this to the attention of a staff member on the floor, but unfortunately, the issue wasn't addressed. While it's a minor concern, resolving it would further enhance the overall customer experience. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend the store to anyone looking for quality cricket gear and great customer service.
